This coupled with a strong economy of scale model, ensures that you are able to effectively cost and budget for the solution long term with minimal budgetary risk.
Furthermore, with our Software as a Service (SaaS) model, Synrgise can be implemented with minimal overall capital expenditure and billed for only what is required.
From as much as R60,00 ($4.00USD) to as little as R8.00 ($0.50 USD) per user per month, Synrgise Learn is a cost effective solution priced according to your company size and needs.

License Models
The Synrgise License model has been designed to allow us to maximise the benefit of economy of scale whilst ensuring maximum support and performance of both our solution and backend infrastructure.
SaaS Licenses
SaaS License – Synrgise is installed and managed at our Datacentre or in the Cloud. A SaaS (Software as a Service) license entitles you to:- Access to the system
- Full System Support
- Hardware, Software, Hosting, Server Management and DRS
A Saas License is assigned to each Active User (This is a user account on Synrgise with a login and password) on the system and is billed in user bands monthly or annually
A SaaS license is not transferable, and additional user band licenses are billed monthly or pro-rata for the remaining term of the software license agreement (12, 18, 24 months).
All system enhancements, upgrades and improvements are automatically assigned to the SaaS license and made available as and when released.
Perpetual Licenses
Perpetual License – Synrgise is installed and setup on your infrastructure and supported onsite / remotely. A Perpetual license entitles you to:- Access to the system
- Full System Support
A Perpetual License is assigned to each Active User (This is a user account on Synrgise with a login and password) on the system and is billed in user bands once off.
A Perpetual license is transferable, and additional licenses are billed once-off.
Each Perpetual License purchase is subject to an additional SLA fee of 15% of the total Perpetual License Cost per annum for a minimum of 24 months.
All system enhancements, upgrades and improvements are automatically assigned to the Perpetual license and made available as and when released as long as there is an Active SLA with the license holder and the Synrgise Partner.
Per Access License
PaL: Per Access License – Synrgise is installed and managed at our Datacentre or in the Cloud A PaL (Per Access License) license entitles you to:- Access to the system
- Access the Course / Content the license is assigned to
- Full System Support
- Hardware, Software, Hosting, Server Management and DRS
A PaL License is assigned to each Course/Content that an Active User (This is a user account on Synrgise with a login and password) on the system is assigned to. This is billed monthly
A PaL license is not transferable
All system enhancements, upgrades and improvements are automatically assigned to the SaaS license and made available as and when released
