Project Kick-off
System Stakeholders are identified, and custom requirements are mapped and documented

Base system setup
A base system is installed on our development servers to start the development process

Mockup Design
Up to 3 design mock-ups are presented to get to a final system interface design

System development
We later allow a limited amount of changes and updates to be implemented on the system after mockup approval.

Quality Assurance
New development is tested ensuring no issues when deployed live.

Training Scheduled
System Training dates scheduled, and client data received

Training day
Client gets trained on their solution. This is usually an in-depth training and takes few hours to complete.

System support
Initial onsite, hands on support followed by on-going SLA is provided
